Between 1951 and 1991, the Wiley area was the home of the US soldiers stationed in Neu-Ulm. The American military base is part of the history of Neu-Ulm and it has influenced the town until today. A part of the Regional Garden Show looks back it. To the military base, the missile base, the human chain, the jazz club and the big band sound.
